The Girl Scout Staff Association is the national organization maintained for the purpose of enhancing professional excellence for all employed Girl Scout staff.
It is an independent, voluntary association and is an active, working organization that encourages participation from every member.
It serves as a nationwide voice for all Girl Scout staff. Working in partnership with GSUSA and other professional groups throughout the country, the organization examines the needs of its membership—securing valuable work-related benefits for Girl Scout staff.
