Information

Be part of the conversation on leading with authenticity, guided by Lisa Lee, Vice President and Head of Clover Distributed Operations. In this thoughtful Campfire Chat, Lisa brings more than 23 years of experience building and leading strong teams, sharing a people-focused perspective on leadership and growth. Participants will explore how their values and experiences shape how they lead, and learn to embrace authenticity through self-awareness, individuality, and meaningful connection.

Designed for Girl Scouts and volunteers developing their leadership voice, this session creates a supportive and interactive environment. Through reflection and hands-on activities, participants will build self-awareness and practice showing up with confidence in their own voice, followed by a group discussion led by Lisa. As girls navigate growing expectations and outside pressures, this session offers space to reconnect with who they are and how they want to lead.

Participants will leave with greater clarity and confidence, empowered to lead authentically and use their unique voice to make a meaningful impact.
